第一次以策划者出席会议。。。First time Having discussion as a planner...

今天是2008年12月生活营的第一次会议，
Today is the first meeting for December 2008's camp,
也是我第一次以策划者的身份出席。
This is also the first time i participate as a planner.
这次的时间表会有点难排，
The schedule was a bit difficult to arrange,
因为这是第一次以新方式来进行，
cause this will be the first time we plan to held a different style of camp,
也是为何这次的会议会如此得早便开始。
thats y the meeting this year is earlier than the others.
同时，我和我的同伴们也打算明年办一个3天2夜的生活营，
In the same time, I and my friends plan to held a 3 days 2 nights camp by next year,
所以这将也会是对队辅人员们的训练。
so this will be the time for all the group leader to get trained.
希望我们的计划能如期完成！
